1. Submitting Written Notice

To initiate a service termination, the primary contract holder must provide an explicit, formal request in writing. Phone calls, video conferences, or instant messages do not constitute official cancellation requests.

2. Eligibility & Assessment Factors

Automatic refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances. Review processing outcomes are calculated precisely according to service types and operational resource metrics:

Work Already Logged & Completed

Fees correspond to tangible labor, analysis hours, and diagnostic profiles completed prior to written notification receipt. If consultancy elements or structural outlines have already been executed, the corresponding fees are fully billable and strictly non-refundable.

Third-Party Costs & Vendor Allocations

Stellar Odyssey Academia utilizes localized partners, processing portals, verification institutions, and government translation protocols. Direct third-party costs or advanced bookings initiated on behalf of the client are completely non-refundable and will be deducted from any final balance settlements.

Statutory Protections & Regional Rights

Nothing in these guidelines restricts regional statutory cooling-off durations or specific consumer protection rights. In regions where cooling-off intervals apply by law, cancellations submitted inside statutory periods are eligible for standard statutory treatment, provided work performance has not commenced.

SEC. 04 — GENERAL POLICY

Refund Eligibility Framework

Stellar Odyssey Academia upholds a transparent, milestone-based evaluation system to guarantee equitable resolutions for all global placement, assessment prep, and consulting programs.

Full Refund

100% reimbursement is granted if the written cancellation request is processed before any system credentials, software provisions, or core modules are delivered.

Partial Refund

Calculated pro-rata. Evaluated on hours of personalized counsel logged, assessment resources processed, or milestones delivered prior to your opt-out date.

Transfer Credit

Eligible tuition can be fully converted into Stellar Course Credits. Valid for 12 months, credits can be seamlessly applied to other academic programs or workshops.

No Refund

No refund applies after 50% of coursework milestones have been reached, or in circumstances involving academic integrity infractions or disciplinary dismissal.

Notice of Regulatory Adherence

Refund eligibility is determined based on the service purchased, the stage of service delivery, applicable terms, and any applicable statutory consumer rights.

External fees paid directly to universities, government portals, translators, or couriers on your behalf cannot be recovered.

No Automatic Refunds

Client service hours, strategy development, and portfolio editing constitute billable operations. An application rejection does not create any right to a refund for work successfully performed.

3. Contractual Work & Compensation Non-Refundability

These tasks are fully executed regardless of the target institution's eventual ruling. An adverse admission result does not render prior billable labor invalid, nor does it establish legal basis for refund claims.

Consequently, Stellar Odyssey Academia cannot guarantee or secure the recovery, refund, or reimbursement of any third-party fees under any circumstances.
